To apply for your special “Vegetarian” license plate:

• Submit VSA-10 (completed) with $10.00 application fee (plus $10.00 fee for personalized plates = $20.00 total for personalized plates) to:

  • Please note that personalization is limited to 6 characters!

• Checks should be made payable to “Vegan Action”. Please do not staple checks to applications!!

• You may obtain your VSA-10 here, your local DMV, or by e-mailing VeggiePlates@live.com. Your local DMV will NOT have information about this new plate, as it is still in the planning stages.
